Play complex BC01.075.W
The children's playground complex is a modular prefabricated and demountable construction providing comfortable conditions for outdoor play and consists of 6 poles, a buffet wall, 2 climbing walls with holes and hooks for hands and feet, metal crossbars with vertical cables and cables with hooks for hands and feet.
Bearing poles of the complex are made of glued deciduous timber with a cross-section of at least 78x78 mm. The top of the open post is finished with a plastic plug.
The crossbars and buffet wall are made of stainless metal pipe with a diameter of at least 27 mm.
The ropes are made of reinforced rope cable with a diameter of at least 16 mm.
The vertical wall of the climbing wall is made of wear-resistant non-slip plywood at least 15 mm thick. Hooks for hands and feet are made of composite material.

All fasteners, brackets, turnbuckles, eyebolts and chains are made of stainless steel.
The corners and edges of any user-accessible part of the equipment are rounded to a radius of at least 3 mm.
Plastic plugs are installed on the ends of the supporting posts, on the places of the necessary threaded connections and on the ends of pipes (profiles) accessible to the user.
Metal elements are powder coated, except for stainless steel elements.
The welds are smooth and eliminate the possibility of injury to users on contact.
Wood materials are free of surface imperfections.
Spaces and joints between equipment elements prevent users' body parts and clothing from getting stuck.
The design allows for adult access in circumstances requiring unaided assistance to the user.
In order to improve product quality and safety, changes (image, dimensions, etc.) may be made to the product documentation.
Materials:
Metal profile pipes are made of carbon and alloy steels. Alloying additives increase the strength and corrosion resistance of steel and reduce the risk of brittle fracture. The rounding radius of square and rectangular shapes of rolled pipes should not exceed twice the wall thickness.
Laminated plywood is made of birch flaked veneer, which is the thinnest sheets of wood. The veneer sheets are impregnated with formaldehyde resin glue and then glued together in special chambers where the material is pressed under the influence of high temperatures and pressure. The resins penetrate into the structure of the wood and the result is a strong, water-resistant, temperature-resistant plywood sheet.
Low Pressure Polyethylene (HDPE) is made of multilayer, non-toxic, deep-coloured polyethylene and is a plastic sheet of various thicknesses and colour combinations. It is characterised by high strength characteristics and chemical resistance. It is resistant to water, does not react with alkalis of any concentration, with solutions of neutral, acidic and basic salts, organic and inorganic acids. Ecological, difficult to ignite material.
