Play complex BC01.001.W

The children's playground complex is a modular collapsible structure that provides comfortable conditions for children to play outdoors and consists of a tower with a roof. The tower with a roof, with a platform height of at least 900 mm, is equipped with a ladder with plastic handrails, a slide with a rung, and 2 fences.
Bearing poles of the complex are made of glued deciduous timber with a cross-section of at least 78x78 mm. The top of the open post is finished with a plastic plug.
The tower floor frame is made of metal profile pipe with a cross section of at least 20x20 mm and bent metal sheet with a thickness of at least 3 mm.
The floor of the tower is made of wear-resistant non-slip plywood at least 15 mm thick.
The roof of the tower consists of 2 slopes with wave-shaped edges made of HDPE triple-layer plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
The tower fence is made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
The slide consists of a slope, boards, a safety section and a safety bar. The slide has a starting section with a height of at least 900 mm, a sliding section and an ending section.
The gable is made of a single sheet of stainless steel at least 1.5 mm thick.
The sides of the slide are made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm and a height of at least 100 mm.
The protective section of the slide is made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
The safety bar is made of a stainless metal pipe with a diameter of at least 27 mm, encouraging the child to sit down and is installed at a height of at least 600 mm from the surface level of the starting section of the slide.
Stairs with a height of at least 900 mm are equipped with handrails made of HDPE triple-layer plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm. The railings have hand holes. The steps of the stairs are made of wear-resistant non-slip plywood at least 15 mm thick. The distance between the steps is the same.

All fasteners, brackets, turnbuckles, eyebolts and chains are made of stainless steel.
The corners and edges of any user-accessible part of the equipment are rounded with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Plastic plugs are installed on the ends of supporting posts, on the places of necessary threaded connections and on the ends of pipes (profiles) accessible to the user.
Metal elements are powder coated, except for stainless steel elements.
Welded seams are smooth and exclude the possibility of injury to users on contact.
Wood materials have no defects on the surface.
Spaces and joints between equipment elements do not allow users' body parts and clothes to get stuck.
The design provides for the possibility of access by an adult in circumstances requiring unauthorised assistance to the user.
In order to improve the quality and safety of the product, changes can be made to the product documentation (image, dimensions, etc.).

Materials:
Wooden timber consists of planed lamellas glued together in thickness on smooth fugue. It is allowed to splice lamellas along the length. When splicing lamellas along the length, the joints must be at least 300 mm apart. The glue used for gluing the lamellas by thickness to the smooth fugue is glue of the high water resistance group of the D4 class DIN EN 204. The glued laminated timber is made of wood of "resistant" or "medium resistant" classes and is subjected to special treatment. The ribs of the glued laminated timber are rounded on 4 sides with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Metal profile pipes are made of carbon and alloy steels. Alloying additives increase the strength, corrosion resistance of steel, reduce the risk of brittle fracture. The rounding radius of square and rectangular shapes of rolled pipes should not exceed twice the wall thickness.
Laminated plywood is made of birch husked veneer, which is the thinnest sheets of wood. The veneer sheets are impregnated with formaldehyde resin glue and then glued in special chambers where the material is pressed under the influence of high temperatures and pressure. The resins penetrate the structure of the wood and the result is a strong, water-resistant, temperature-resistant plywood sheet.
Low pressure polyethylene (HDPE) is made of multilayer non-toxic polyethylene with a deep colour layer and is a plastic sheet of various thicknesses and colour combinations. It is characterised by high strength characteristics and chemical resistance. It is resistant to water, does not react with alkalis of any concentration, with solutions of neutral, acidic and basic salts, organic and inorganic acids. Ecological, difficult to ignite material.
