Play complex BC01.004.W
The children's playground complex is a modular prefabricated and demountable structure that provides comfortable conditions for children to play outdoors and consists of two triangular half-towers connected by a handrail. Half-tower 1, with a platform height of at least 900 mm, has 6 rungs, a flexible ladder and arcs for rolling. To half-tower 2, with a platform height of at least 1200 mm, are attached: 8 rungs, a rope with hooks for hands and feet, a fence consisting of 4 parts.
Bearing poles of the complex are made of glued deciduous timber with a cross-section of at least 78x78 mm. The top of the open post is finished with a plastic plug.
The floor frame of the half-tower is made of metal profile pipe with a cross-section of at least 20x20 mm and bent metal sheet with a thickness of at least 3 mm.
The floor of the half-towers is made of wear-resistant non-slip plywood at least 15 mm thick.
The flexible ladder is made of rope reinforced cables with a diameter of at least 16 mm and plastic rungs. The ropes are attached to the rungs from above.
The handrail, rolling bars and crossbars are made of metal pipe with a diameter of at least 25 mm.
The rope with hooks for arms and legs is made of rope reinforced cables with a diameter of at least 16 mm and hooks made of plastic. The rope is attached to the bar from above.
The fence shall consist of 4 plastic panels and 2 crossbars, which are installed between 2 posts. The panels are made of three-layer HDPE plastic with a thickness of at least 15 mm. The crossbars are made of stainless metal pipe with a diameter of at least 25 mm.

All fasteners, brackets, turnbuckles, eyebolts and chains are made of stainless steel.
The corners and edges of any user-accessible part of the equipment are rounded with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Plastic plugs are installed on the ends of supporting posts, on the places of necessary threaded connections and on the ends of pipes (profiles) accessible to the user.
Metal elements are powder coated, except for stainless steel elements.
Welded seams are smooth and exclude the possibility of injury to users on contact.
Wood materials have no defects on the surface.
Spaces and joints between equipment elements do not allow users' body parts and clothes to get stuck.
The design provides for the possibility of access by an adult in circumstances requiring unauthorised assistance to the user.
In order to improve the quality and safety of the product, changes can be made to the product documentation (image, dimensions, etc.).
Materials:
Wooden timber consists of planed lamellas glued together in thickness on smooth fugue. It is allowed to splice lamellas along the length. When splicing lamellas along the length, the joints must be at least 300 mm apart. The glue used for gluing the lamellas by thickness to the smooth fugue is glue of the high water resistance group of the D4 class DIN EN 204. The glued laminated timber is made of wood of "resistant" or "medium resistant" classes and is subjected to special treatment. The ribs of the glued laminated timber are rounded on 4 sides with a radius of at least 3 mm.
Metal profile pipes are made of carbon and alloy steels. Alloying additives increase the strength, corrosion resistance of steel, reduce the risk of brittle fracture. The rounding radius of square and rectangular shapes of rolled pipes should not exceed twice the wall thickness.
Laminated plywood is made of birch husked veneer, which is the thinnest sheets of wood. The veneer sheets are impregnated with formaldehyde resin glue and then glued in special chambers where the material is pressed under the influence of high temperatures and pressure. The resins penetrate the structure of the wood and the result is a strong, water-resistant, temperature-resistant plywood sheet.
Low pressure polyethylene (HDPE) is made of multilayer non-toxic polyethylene with a deep colour layer and is a plastic sheet of various thicknesses and colour combinations. It is characterised by high strength characteristics and chemical resistance. It is resistant to water, does not react with alkalis of any concentration, with solutions of neutral, acidic and basic salts, organic and inorganic acids. Ecological, difficult to ignite material.
